I had the same problem (am I the one who responded to your post on this subject a couple weeks ago?). In my case it was a wiring issue, related to the fact that I had extended my O2 sensor wiring due to longtube headers. I didn't see you mention headers in your post, but I'd be willing to be that its a wiring problem and not a sensor problem.

TransAmCam thanx for trying to help.I have stock manifolds.Ive traced all the wires and they all seem fine.I reset everything. It only does it on hard accelerating,I think 1 time it came on cruising.Ive never messed w/the exhaust(other than catback)or unplugged o2's for any reason,up untill i started having this problem.Thats why i was wondering if i was running to rich or to lean if this would maybe cause it.It did it real bad after i descreened my maf.I ruined it taking it out so i cant put it back to see if o2 codes quit being throwed.

If your MAF sensor wires are messed up, you'll run WAY rich. Running too rich for long enough will foul your O2s.

You should probably figure out exactly why you're running rich before you start playing with your air/fuel mixture with a MAFT. If you leaned it out with the MAFT, and the original problem either gets corrected or corrects itself, you could lean out too much and detonate. You could do serious damage that way.

If all else fails, you could always have the dealership run some diagnostics. I'm not a big fan of going to the dealer, but for things like this its sometimes the fastest route to a solution.
