Which cam sensor?
Which cam sensor? I swapped an 02 motor (including cam)into my 98 TA and I'm still using the 98 PCM and intake. Which cam sensor do I use the 98 or 02? I'm running into a 343 code that is causing an SES light, the car is hard to start and doesn't pull hard.
Not sure what cam sensor to use, and if I need to replace it, which year sensor to use.

I double checked and the 98 sensor part # is different than the 99-02. I would use the one that matches the year PCM/wiring harness you are using. There is no difference in the reluctors on the cams. Otherwise there would be year specific cams and there are not (aftermarket).
On a side note, I have seen the cam sensor wiring get pinched under the intake manifold before on a reinstall. Might be something to check.
