Best aftermarket fuel pump?

Re: Best aftermarket fuel pump?
Walbro 255 inline fuel pump is what i hear most people going with. seems to be an easier install. Speed Inc sells them. www.ls1speed.com. if you decide on it and see it cheaper somewhere else Tom Izzo will price match it and get it to you out asap.

Have to agree with Reckless here; if you are really serious about high hp Weldon is the way to go. They make the best pumps, bar none. Not the cheapest or quietest, but if you want them to last and flow the amount of fuel you need for 800+ hp then that is what you are looking at. Especially in a street situation where you can't get away with as much as you can in a 1/4mile at a time only situation.
that's not to say you need a weldon - it all depends on what your fuel requirements are. But the best is a weldon - no question.

In tank would be the setup Nick at ARE has developed (dual Walbro pumps mounted on stock hardware).
Inline...prolly a waste of time, and I'm not knowledgable on this.
External...no question...Weldon has, and still makes the most powerful external pumps. The Aeromotive is good, but pales compared to the Weldon.
