Take the belt off, it's separate.

Bleed off the AC.

Take the parts off.

That is a good thing to do i would assume for the people that are using iron blocks. Taking the AC off and moving the battery to the trunk should help to return the noseweight back closer to normal.

How much HP should one expect to gain from removing the AC of the belt system? Any before/after dyno #'s?

So i could stand to assume aprox 40lbs?

and would this give a similiar effect as an underdrive pulley? less accesory drag? and this could mean quicker revving? but without the negative effect on alternatior charging?
