You're using the Cam Motions grind aren't you? That looks like that cam is working out pretty well. Congrats!

Also looks like your PCM was still learning your new combo by the way it picked up power little by little every run.

You didn't happen to reset the computer before you dynoed or not get any hard WOT runs on it, did you? <img src="images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

Even though my car is far from optimal tuning for the new heads&cam, I have still gained 20 rwhp and 33 rwtq. I expect a decent gain in power once I get my fuel and timing figured out. Right now I am shooting for 430+/415

I just thought I'd throw out that the #'s he's reporting is peak. I'd love to see the avg. #'s prior to the heads/cam setup. That torque is phenomenal! 430 RWHP should be well within reach. Timing alone should get you very close. Congrats on an awesome setup.

Nice numbers! Do you happen to have a scan of the graph you could post? I too am interested in the average numbers and curve.

Great setup!

Ill have to check when I get back home and find my old b1 cam dyno sheet, but in some instances I have a 30 rwhp gain and a 35 rwtq gain with the car so out of tune. Has anyone else witnessed the rpm where the horsepower peaks shift when timing is added? I am guessing my 223/223 should peak higher than my B1, so I wonder if adding timing will push it from 5700 rpms to 6300 rpms where I wanted it when I spec'd out the cam.

I am using 918 springs with Ti stock-sized retainers ( <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" /> <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" /> ) <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

So far so good, looks like the 918 is the single spring we have all been waiting for!

Is this the same comp 918 spring everyone used to use about 3 years ago? <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">
