Does HOTCAM need higher rev limit?

Does HOTCAM need higher rev limit? I'm still trying to make a choice on which cam to go with. The HOTCAM looks like a lot of cam for the money! Does it raise the powerband up in the rpm range much? What should i shift at, and what should i set my rev limiter too?

Re: Does HOTCAM need higher rev limit? The Hotcam is indeed a lotta cam for small money. The power band will be raised slightly. I shift at 6200 and have the rev limiter set at 6500. What I noticed more though, was the very flat torque curve.

I initially tested the cam at the 1/4 shifting at the stock limit and I trapped 110 (same as B4 the cam swap)
After raising the limiter I now trap 115!
My best dyno has been 364/363
HP peaks at 6k but, I make above 350rwhp from 5500 to 6400rpm(which is where I shift) my limiter is 6600
I make 350rwtq starting at 3900
