LS1 to LQ9 swap - common parts?

LS1 to LQ9 swap - common parts? Are the front and rear covers common for both blocks? I'm planning on swapping a LQ9 based short block in place of a stock LS1 block with Patriot heads and Whipple. What other non-common parts do I need to worry about?

they are the same motor. everything off an LS1 bolts onto the LQ4/9, only thing you have to do is drill a hole out for the alt bracket.
