Re: Hey Nine Ball!
I figured I would latch on to this "calling Tony " thread.
Tony I just found out that another company would like to interview me on Wed (over dinner) @ the Galleria Hotel in Houston.
Is there any week night (street or track) sence still happening in Houston? If so directions would be appreciated!
I have the next day there till mid-afternoon and I would like to visit MTI. Any chance you could shoot me some directions from the Galleria Marriot to MTI?
Thanx

Re: Hey Nine Ball!
Good luck on the new job, is it here in Houston?
Not sure where the marriot is, but from the Galleria its pretty easy to get to MTI. Just head west on Westheimer Rd for about 17 miles. The Galleria is on Westheimer by the way, it is the most popular "cruising" street in Houston on Saturdays. 8 lanes wide for 20 miles.
Keep heading West on Westheimer, you will go under the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) and keep going. You will reach Dairy Ashford (large intersection) and take a left. There will be an Autozone on your left about 50 yards down, and there is a road past it. Turn left on that road (Oxford Park) and MTI is located behind the Autozone and some garage there. Oxford Park is our little drag strip haha.

Re: Hey Nine Ball!
Thanks Tony!
The job is in Denver but the HR reps are in Houston all week for training.
I may have to pass on the Houston interview as I have a job already lined up (Michigan) ...I must decide by friday..the HR people now in Houston will not be authorized to make an offer before I must commit to the Michigan job.
I hope I can make it back to Houston soon as I haven't been there in 5 years! Next winters project is a big cube engine (420+) MTI is first on my list. This winter a 12 bolt and CF driveshaft is a must!
Thanks,
Todd
