how much HP can a stock 346 block w/ fully forged internals handle?

Nitrorocket on here built himself a twin turbo chevelle that's at around 850rwhp on pump gas using an aluminum 346ci (+ cleanup) ls1 block & crank with billet steel rods & forged pistons with Zero issues so far. (he's now at 16-18psi vs the 14psi the video showed for those who know it). that's 1000+fwhp btw. he's never tuned or run it on race fuel, so i'm not sure just how much more it's got left in it, but i think he's happy with where it's at.
