Anyone know the Lunati part number for the B1 cam?

Lunati doesn't call their cam a "B1", it is a cam that was developed by MTI and Lunati just manufactured it for them at the time. Now CompCam has given the specs exclusive rights to MTI for the B1/T1 cams.

you would just order it thru Lunati as the 221/221 .558/.558 114 cam
