looking at getting an iron block 370 short block.will my oil pan,valve covers,etc. off my old motor work with the 6.0 block?any thing else i need to know about as far as the install?just want to know what i need to get if i go this route.thanks in advance...

 

Your oil pan, valve covers will work.

 

reuse your windage tray and pickup tube since the truck are not the same as the fbody, damper is also differnt
