Building up the bottom end?

Building up the bottom end? What are some of the engine builders doing to build up the bottom ends of their blocks for the big cube motors?
I already have Katech main caps and the main cap studs have been increased to a larger/stronger stud. Has anyone heard of any major problems with the bottom ends in a 6.0L block with A LOT of power and reving it up around 6500 or so?
Just wanting to check and see if I can do anything else to build it up before I move onto the next stage of the project.
