Default Building up the bottom end?

What are some of the engine builders doing to build up the bottom ends of their blocks for the big cube motors?

I already have Katech main caps and the main cap studs have been increased to a larger/stronger stud. Has anyone heard of any major problems with the bottom ends in a 6.0L block with A LOT of power and reving it up around 6500 or so?

Just wanting to check and see if I can do anything else to build it up before I move onto the next stage of the project.

Thanks

LS1 does not like tight main bearing clearance per Nick @ ARE.

My 6.0 setup is bored .060 over.

What in the above would cause a tighter bearing clearance?
