Default Guys with some kind of cats and an aftermarket cam come in here...

I’m just wondering if any of you are getting any emission codes with your supposed “emissions legal” cams and cats. Thanks.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I’m having my misfire (PO300) code removed anyway with the custom tune. What I meant was whether or not you get anything like “catalyst inefficiency” codes or anything.

Thanks for replying though. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

When I had my cats on I got more SES's than I do now with the cats off...

I only get the SES's on rough starts...

I am using a 221/221 558 lift 114LSA cam with dual 3 inch CNL cats. Passed emissions easily and havent had any cat related codes.

Thanks Chris! CNL cats, tell me more. How do they compare to RTs? Price? Performance? Where would you buy them?

Thanks <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

http://www.cnlperformance.com/cats.html

Here you go, they flow 510cfm each.
Be sure to get the SD versions. They flow more than the LD series.
Cheers,
Chris

Thanks for the further info Chris. I think I'll start another post about RTs vs. CNLs.

Thanks again!
