Default underdrive pulley

Im going to install an underdrive pulley on my 2002 SS ,can anyone give me an idea on what to expect or any short cuts I can take.I did a search on the subject but couldnt find info on install,what tools am I going to need,please help. THANKS

Thanks for info,but what does tighten 37ft lbs then turn 120 degrees

You have to tighten the NEW crank bolt to 37lb-ft and then turn the bolt another 120 degrees. For the second part, you will need a torque angle meter or a protractor.

Can you just use an impact to install the pulley?say a 1/2 in drive,just torque it down with the impact?
