What do these numbers on my cam mean?

What do these numbers on my cam mean? I just got a custom grind comp cam. On the front of the cam, there are a bunch of numbers gound in to it.They are 144-24-06-CR and HR-228/353-257-12. Both sets of numbers are ground into the front of the cam in three different spots. What do these numbers mean? Thanks
