choose my cam!!
How much bottom end do you need? How often do you use WOT at 2000 rpm or even 2500? There's going to be some trade off. Comp's 212/218 114 is very popular for people wanting really good bottom end, but it will not give you as much up top. You could also take the 216/220 and order it with a 112 or 113 LSA.
With headers I'd bet a 218/218 113 would work nicely. Pretty good idle and reasonable balance of power.
Good luck. Try to rank your priorites. The difference of 2* of duration will not be a huge deal in terms of power, so try not to sweat it.
Its a comp cams custom grind:
222/222 .563/.563 112lsa
Gave me some HP.....
I dynoed 325rwhp and 333rwtq before the cam, new #'s in sig

screw it. As long as the t1 doesnt need programming w/ the m6, are there any other cams around the same specs that perform better w/ stock heads? Is the near .560 lift too high for stock heads?

No. Hundreds and hundreds of people have chose the T1 and B1 with stock heads before you, things have not changed since they made power. .560 lift is fine.
I put it in my c5, which I dont plan on going overboard on, and will keep cats and be a (more) daily driver type car. Perfect slight burble in the idle, but nothing as shaking as the C1 (Hammer Cam) or the GM Hot Cam that have been in my SS.

218/222 114 LSA and 2 degrees of advance ground in, rapid ramps with some good springs.
Off the shelf compcams you might consider are the 216/220 114 and 218/224 114.
I went the Header route first and picked up some good power. Now my Cam is coming.I chose a Thunder Racing 220/220 .561 lift 114 duration for the good idle and ability to pass emmissions.Should have it in by the end of next week.I'll update what I think.
