Default Part numbers ?

I am changing out my crank pulley this weekend and need to get the part numbers for the bolt and front seal.

Do I really need to change out the front seal? The car only has 10k miles on it.

The front seal on the timing chain cover?

We never changed them when changing ONLY the pulley.

OK I wasnt sure if I had to change the seal or not. I have heard some people say that the seal would leak if you didnt change it when you changed the pulley.
