is cam too big for 5.3 heads

is cam too big for 5.3 heads so i have been reading on here about flycutting pistons on an ls1 when putting 5.3 heads with 2.04 intake valves. my cam is 226/226 .585.585 112lsa im looking to get 5.3 heads with 2.04 intake and 1.57 or 1.60 exhaust if possible. would i have to fly cut with this cam
