locking header bolt question

i have a weird question, we put locking header bolts which looked kick *** to bolt in my long tube headers....but i dont know how to get the damn things off, any ideas as to which tool would work??? anyone???

flathead screwdriver to pry the C shaped metal clips off...and once those are off, the "lock" tab will slide right off the bolt.
Those C clips go flying when you get them off, so if you care about them, be careful.
