Default using a crank thats turned .01

so you guys think using a crank that turned will be an issue? basically i'm building a 383 around 11.5:1 SCR, LPE CNC heads i'd like to make around 500HP to the wheels. possibly blow about 150 worth of snot through it......i don't really think it would be a problem but i'm being told other wise. i personally think pops is tring to sabatoge me so i don't blow his doors off.

What was turned, the journals or the counterweights? I turned my counterweights .035" for my engine and have had no issues at all.
