MSD Wires "Bit the Big One"

MSD Wires "Bit the Big One" I was having some rough idling and driving...after much searching for the culprit I decided to check the easy stuff (plugs and wires). I figured before that the wires were probably not the cause since I had purchased and installed brand new MSD wires no more than 5000 miles previously.
Well, I ordered new GMPP wires (I heard good things). They came in 2 days. I decided to ohm them all, they were in the range 380-390. Sounds good to me. Anyway, I removed all the MSD wires. Here are the results of my checks on these:
5 @ ~20 ohms
1 @ ~350 ohms
1 @ ~900 ohms
1 @ 29K ohms!!!!
Needless to say, I was quite shocked! After installing the GMPP wires the engine now runs much better, smoother. I am very satisfied with Pace Parts and would recommend them to all. In the meantime I would also like to mention how MSD will no longer receive my business.
