What Parts do I NEED???
What Parts do I NEED??? I am doing the head installation on my 2000 Trans AM M6 next weekend. Exactly what parts/seals/fluids am I going to need?
Power steering fluid
coolant
oil
oil filter
intake/head gaskets
head bolts
Is this all that I need? Do i need a water pump gasket as well? THANKS!

Head gasket
valve cover gaskets(can reuse old ones if still in good shape)
exhaust manifold gaskets
intake(can reuse if in good shape)get the fel-pro ones at your local parts store 1/3 of the gm price
w/p gaskets just if you take the pump off(if you have new ones you wont need them , if you dont they'll fall apart on ya

anti-seize for sprak plugs
great time for new plugs if you havent already
