Default Burning plastic smell found

I was smelling a burning plastic smell coming from my car. I thought it was the wiring harness or something; and then the ashtray light. Nope it was neither. It seems to have been a 40 gallon black trash bag melted to my y pipe. Guess a lowerred car hot exhaust and plastic bags don't get along. Be careful what you run over; it might cause a stink. lol Now when is my muflex and dynatech's coming in so I can get rid if the plastic coated y pipe.

So you mean to tell me that it is not your rear seat anymore? Haha. JK. Toof uny. I did the same thing in my green car the other day. The plastic bag got caught in the muffler bearings though.

Samething happened to me except it was a Walmart bag that caught on the bottom of my muffler.

I pulled off what I could but atleast half was stuck/melted on the bottom of my muffler. It finally burned off.

Talk about pissed off. Damn lazy *** litter bugs.
