How much power difference would there be from a dual bullet setup over a ypipe into a bullet dump? My problem is I am going to install my LTs and then don't want to buy a ypipe just to be able to drive to the exhaust shop and have a dual setup fabbed up. Is there a good ypipe solution that will work? This car will see some street time so a little hp for noise control would be alright.

I am not sure I want to keep the Mac catback because of weigth and don't want to hack it up to fit. If I go with a ypipe then I will get a different muffler of some type.

True dual exhaust is just too loud. Cut the mac exhaust up. It's not worth anything anwyay, and a little weight over the rear end isn't going to hurt much. Just make sure you run dual cutouts, that is the key.
