Default CLUTCH PROBLEM???

I do burnouts every once in a while, i mean with stick shift it is really hard not to beat on your car. just lately i did one i reved it up to like 4,000 RPM's and popped the clutch. it started to do a burnout then just sat at 5,200-5,600 RPM's and just reved, my friend said my clutch is slipping and its time to get a new one, my car only has 28,000 miles on it and its a 1998. what should i do? How much $ is a good racing clutch? ive heard centerforce II is good for 300 bucks, is that good my friend told me about that? GOT TO LOVE THAT EVER SO GOOD SMELL OF BURNING CLUTCH!!!
EWWWWW!!!!

RAM and Cartek make good setups. Search the drivetrain sections of this board and www.ls1.com and you should find some good info. BTW, I'm going with RAM.
