Firechicken

The reson that I ask is because before I installed my B1 cam into my 01 Trans Am 6sd I had the car dynoed and it was running a little rich. Then I installed the cam and I thought that it would be running really rich. So I put on some ported MAF ends. All the ends would do is set off the SES light. The Tech II says its running lean in bank 1. Do the ported ends lean you out that much or maybe the cam did not make me run any richer. What are your thoughts?
