Default ? about mis-fires at idle after cam install

I had the cam installed (see sig) this week. Today I decided to a-tap the car for "Current Cylinder Misfires" for all 8 cylinders. While stopped and idling (around 750 rpms) my misfires would go between 0-8 on almost all the cylinders. Usually they would be 0 or 2 or 4 but never higer than 8 and that was seldom.

My question is, does this seem normal. I plead ignorance as I am not even sure I selected the correct a-tap parm.

TIA,

- Tom

Thanks for the replies. Just wanted to make sure this was OK. A-Tap is a wonderful thing but so much to learn about and what each parm means.

Again, thanks for the replies. <img src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />
