Torque converter/nitto storage
Maybe this shouldnt be posted here...but.
I have my stock TC stashed in the garage. Its been
down there since last spring. It looks like
its taking on some rust on the outside.
What is the best way to store this sucker?
Will any of this rust 'harm' it?
I brought it in the house and was wondering if simply wrapping it in some plastic will suffice.
(Its also still in the box the Vig was shipped in)
It seems filled with tranny fluid and its capped.
Also...I'm bringing up my nittos to store in the server room. I cant imagine that the winter's cold WONT do any harm to the softer compound of these tires....
Ya..I know these are silly questions... <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0">
