You can turn the throttle stop screw a turn or so and that should help with the idle.
Is it tuned?

thats normal with out a tune, cold start up it runs off a rich program but once it is warm it will use the sensors input and all that good stuff. when mine is warm i hold my foot on the gas for a second so it can find an idle then im good
