Installed cam need help with my IAC counts

Installed cam need help with my IAC counts I have a 01 Trans Am 6sd. After my B1 cam install my IAC counts where at 100-120. It was hard for the car to find idle on warm starts. I was told they need to be in the 35-50 range.
My question is- Should they be in the 35-50 range with the AC on or off?
Because after drilling the TB hole up to 13/64 I got them down to a 40-50. But if I turn the AC on they jump to 80-90.
Im getting this information from a Tech II at work.

Re: Installed cam need help with my IAC counts IAC counts should be between 35-40 for a good idle. I believe that the numbers above are with no A/C. Idle is always going to be worse with A/C turned on.
