TR224 112 925rpm Makes a nice short chop but takes a gearhead to notice thru the cats. Car is also smoother with the higher idle not shaking much.

MTI B1 cam

700-750 RPM idle. Can't really tell theres a cam there. Must be the stock exhaust manifolds and y-pipe.

216/224 .551 115lsa with rhoads lifters idles at 650rpm. In 1st, clutch out and a little on the brake the car will pull itself at 400rpm

I have always wondered about aluminum flywheel affecting idle especially with a bigger cam.

233/239 600 605 at 850 rpm idle.
