Computer Numeric(al) Control

That is what I thougth it stood for but I wanted to check.

I like to joke that it's "Cost No Concern" since most CNC'd parts are expensive. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

... and didja know that FANUC (a popular brand of CNC machine) is pronounced "FAN-uck", not "Fa-NOOK".
