you can use ATAP to give you a good idea if you need programming/adjustments:

Look at your LTRIMs. Are any of them greater than +/- 10%? If yes, you might want to dial them in with a MAFT.

Look at at your O2s at WOT. If you're below .870 or higher than .910 (stock compression) you may want to make some adjustments.

As far as the TB hole goes, I'd leave it alone for now. Your idle is ok and its hard to undo a bigger hole if you switch cams again.

Finally I finshed from installing my Lunati 226 .554 114 cam ....... the car start very well .... still I didn't drive it....

I want to know , is the PCM work necessary now or not ???

Also

I didn't drill my TB ..... the idle is almost fine ...... Can I ignor drilling the TB ??
