Cyl misfire index

Cyl misfire index Brought this up on atap and the Cyl Misfire Index is showing #'s in the 20's and 30's. When I first started my car, they shot way up to like 400+ and then went down. Is this normal? What #'s are normal/bad? Car is running fine.

Windows version that is pretty high for current misfires, unless you have a cam. DOS version, that is fine.
I didn't realize there was a difference until 9698 ATAPed my car on the same day using DOS on his computer and Windows on mine. The misfire pattern was the same but the DOS count was much higher, like it 2 raised to a power (count pattern generally went 2,4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128...)
