Do Penske oil filters suck ***? I picked some up on clearance and want to know If I should take them back to get some AC Delcos? I will If you guys think they should not go in my car. They are the Penske PN3506. Yellow can. Thanks.

Re: Do Penske oil filters suck ***? They have the same # system as fram, so they possibly the same. I know for a fact that the quaker state filters are made by fram.

Re: Do Penske oil filters suck ***? You're better off using an AC Delco Ultraguard Gold (if you can find them) or otherwise a Mobil 1 or K&N oil filter. If you don't wanna spend $10 on a filter though, the AC Delcos are the better of the lower cost filters by far. They have a very solid construction that won't leak like most of the cheap filters. Definitely stay away from Frams!
