Most any parts place should carry a stock replacement AC Delco battery that's identical to the stock one. I've even seen them at K-mart. Price should be around $65 or so...

The Optima Red Top battery is an awesome jell-cell battery. I think it's about $150 or so. Not cheap but it is a far better battery than a normal lead acid type battery. You can get them at most car stereo shops and some parts stores.

Dry cell batteries are very light and can be had for around $85-150. I've not had the best of luck with them though as far as capacity and longevity though. Some of our sponsors sell them I believe.

Colonel: I was thinking of going with a Dynabatt dry. What problems have you had? My car would be a weekend driver only.
