Default A/C problem....

What do you think i should do with this problem....my a/c was let out for the cam install in the late summer...i left the condenser empty for about 2 weeks, I went to a dealership to get it refilled and it was blowing cold air out....then about a week later i go to start the a/c up and there is nothing but normal air....and its stayed like that ever since...do you think the seals on the condenser are shot??

I heard it can be over 1000 to replace....

Should I take it to the dealer with all my mods and all the goodies or should I say screw it and yank it....the summers sure do get hot... <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0">

Same thing happened to me after the h/c install. The dealer failed twice to fix it so after wasting about $250 I took things into my own hands. I bought new lines and a new condenser. It came with new seals an I replaced everything in my garage. I got all the parts from Jennings for under $130.

I don’t know if you can buy parts over the net from Jennings. The dealership is in Glenview on Waukegan just north of Golf rd. (it’s on the east side). Phone number is 847-729-1000.

BOS: sent you email. You can take Golf straight to Waukegan Rd then turn north. It's not even a 1/4 mile up Waukegan.

Ask for Jim Norman in parts and ask for the MFBA discount.
