it is probably just your entire rotating assembly...it doesnt have fresh oil all over it , as that has probably drained or ran off completely...and since the car has been sitting..nothing is warm..so youre going to hear some noises, there is a lot of crap going on when an engine turns...
Its probably just your paranoia of things going wrong which is 110% NORMAL! Everyone faces it...if you had a serious problem, the engine wouldnt turn at all...or would be very difficult to turn...sounds like this is not the case for you...get it done and fire her up

thanks guys. im going to tackle the springs today, and then stick her back together tomarrow. hoping to have it running by tomarrow night!
