Re: How much $$$ to make my stock LS1 into a 388? It's around 8500 for the 383 all bore from MTI and yes you can use the stock crank. You'd probably be better off buying Nineball's 383 for 6k.

I would buy it right now, except there's no warranty. The shop in Orlando will give me a 3yr./36,000 mile warranty. Parts & Labor.
I'll be getting a 382 all-bore price from them next week.
