Default Heads or Custom Tuning?

I'm going to be putting a new cam in the SS either the B1, C1 or the TR224 still haven't made a final pick yet but I'm not sure if I want to go with Heads or just Custom Tuning which would be better for a street once in awhile race take a trip car? The cost of tuning is a lot less than heads and would tuning help a cammed car with my mods that much? Cost wise would I get more out of tuning or just go H/C?

I didn't think there would be any idle issue's with the hammer cam and my M6, this is the cam I'm leaning towards,I thought with stock heads and the hammer and tuning this would make a great reliable street car that makes good power too, am I wrong?

No, You are right!
It will make great power. I installed the B1 and if I had to do it over again I would of put in the Hammer Cam for sure!

I still use the stock tuning the EMT heads/B1 cam I use. Idles like a dream. I only have a HPP to raise the rev limit and to calibrate the speedo for the 4.10s.
