Default New B1 dyno numbers

unported heads, macs and boltons.

remember this is "bad" dyno setup (9" rear with BIG 35 spline axles and "terrible" 4.30 gears and a "god-awful" steel driveshaft

The bottom curve was with a stock lid (don't ask) but looks like the lids are worth 15 RWHP on cammed cars

well...if I "were" a dyno queen...I would've put on a carbon fiber driveshaft, 3.42 gears with a 10 bolt

Oh...and I'd put on the welds w/ hoosiers since they are 1/2 the weight of the GSCs

Brian no need t make excuses on that setup
U made VERY GOD HP with basic boltons and a cam..

U might wanna rebuild the motor and put a set of MTI S2 heads on the car w/REAL LT's.Should make well over 400RWHP and u wont have the $$$ invested into a solid roller setup

Good luck

Good numbers! That's about where it should be. I forget, is that with or without the LS6 intake. My#'s were 381 without and 385rwhp withthe LS6 intake through thestupid Moser with 4.10's.

I wish more people would go with the B1..cause it straight out makes power with a good idle. Too many people want something "different" though...sigh. Their loss I guess.

So does the 112 lsa version (T1) idle that much worse? Or is it unnoticeable? Is the difference in powerband (for an M6 car)worth the idle quality?

I used to run the B1 cam w/ stock heads and absolutely loved that setup! I heard a T1 cammed car and it didn't sound much different than mine. In all honesty, there is little difference between the two. If you are using an A4, I would do the B1. In a M6 car, take your pick.

Just a FYI, the next cam going in my car is going to be a 114lsa. (Thunder 224, hopefully this weekend.. )

Good #s with the B1 brian It would be fun to compare your dyno curve with my buds M6 TA. He dynoed 382rwhp/382rwtq last week with the Hammer cam,LS6 intake and bolt ons through a 10 bolt.

I love my B1 cam
