Ok, just got back from havign a Y put on, drove 50+ miles open header and NO problems, in fact, I didnt even throw codes for no O2 sims, (had the sensors plugged in to keep connectrs clean) untill I was on the way back with the Y

Bob, The collector gaskets didnt come with the headers, my guess is the person who put them in the pic just didnt know what he was doing.

 

THANK GOD, I FOUND THE PROBLEM. I just got back from the muffler shop, which I decided to just get a 3 inch y pipe into 3 inch intermediate pipe to a single flowmaster delta 40 series because the guy really recommended against duals and I did not feel he was compitent enough to due it. I took it out for a spin and the hesitation was still there so I had the muffler guy scan my ses light and it said lean left bank so I looked under the hood and the passenger side spark plug wire was emmitting sparks so sure enough I grabbed it and pushed it back on and it was barely on the plug. THANK GOD.

However, the car did not pick up what I thought it would but this is after about 10 miles in the new exhaust system so I will reset the pcm and take it for a spin and see what happens.

How do you like the Hookers, I will be installing them on my car this weekend as well as a cam all at once. I will be hooking it up to my 2 1/2" duel exhast with a X-Pipe and bullits already on the car. Do you recomend cats or no cats?
