Re: which pushrods? I just bought a Comp Cams 216/220 cam and pushrods from Internet Racers Supply. The pushrods they supplied were 7.350 long. When I called them about the error, they said that they always supply the shorter pushrods. I haven't installed the cam yet but when I do I'll make sure that the lifters have some preload.
So if you're going to mill your heads you had better go with shorter pushrods,IMO.

Re: which pushrods? It seemed wrong to me too. The guys name is J.B. at Internet Racer's Supply in Houston. He said that guys have been having "Pump-up" problems at high RPM's and that the shorter pushrods solved the problem.
Maybe they sent me the wrong ones and he is just dancing around so he doesn't have to send me some new ones...I'm not sure?
Any thoughts, anyone?

which pushrods? which pushrods should I buy for my car? I plan on getting a GM hotcam and milling the stock heads .045 which should bring the compression to 11.1 <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
