air/fuel is 14:1 when cruising, do i richen the base?
When I am just cruising at around 2k rpms or so my air/fuel is 14:1, if I richen the base will this effect those numbers. I was afraid to richen the base anymore because my L trims at idle were at 0, what should I do?

I believe if you adjust the base settings the PCM will maintain 14.7:1 or try its best to do so. The base adjustment should change your Ltrims at cruise but not effect the A/F. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that is how it works more info here http://www.c5forum.com/diy/ltft.php <img src="graemlins/gr_chug.gif" border="0" alt="[chug]" />

I just read that document, it sums it up good. The only thing I still don't understand is what should the LTrims look like while cruising?

From what I have read here it looks like as close to 0 as possible if not slightly lean at 1% to 3%for best power. At all costs avoid KR at WOT while adjusting. Do a search in here as there are lots of threads on Ltrims, A/F, Atap reading with some good direction.
