My throttle body hole appears to have been oversized which leads me to believe that maybe my motor has been previously tinkered with and possibly returned to stock. I have what I believe is the stock '99 F-body LS1 cam out of the motor. It has the following numbers stamped on the back of it:

• 0968
• 4 08
• 8149

And then under the left oiling hole it has a "Y" stamped into it.

Is this the stock cam?

Trevor, thanks but based on the numbers I see now (even though they are slightly different) I know that they are OEM type numbers. No need to go to the extra trouble at this point <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">
