When the gas gets low, no light warns of low fuel.

This is a 98TA. How can I fix it?

How low is low? These things are pots and, typically, not very accurate. I also think there was a TSB issued on fluctuating or inaccurate fuel senders. If so, get GM to fix it.

IIRC, that function (check gauges when the fuel is low) was added in '99.

There is no low fuel warning whatsoever! If I'm not careful I could run out of gas before I notice I'm bone dry.
