PCM programming with cam / converter????

I am going to swap the LG cam (.574/.581, 224/230, 112 LSA) along with Yank ST 3200 and Hooker's new LOng TUbes headers.....I am getting custom PCM work ...... what should I get as in shifting points, firmness ???, converter lock up???? fans on at 180 (yes), fuel and timing (up to the PCM guy), delete rear O2's
what else??? I need a list of what to do

I'd shift around 6400 rpm with a stock bottom end and tranny. 6800 rev limiter. Put a 160 T-stat in and fans set to match.
Delete torque management, AIR & EGR codes too.
I'd raise converter lock-up speed to 40 mph.
