best thing to do is go ahead and get you some new rockers from crane or maybe so yella terras, and get a cam package that comes with springs, tit. retainers, pushrods. and get a set of lifters and this all will prob cost you bout $1400 but your car will definitely run better and you will have a whole new valvetrain. 
If its bad loud ya need to find out exactly what its is and not assume.More ya drive it the more damage can be done!Ya can buy a bunch of stuff but would feel bad if it wasn't it or didn't need it!

yea this really sucks its just sitting in the back yard looking pretty lol! I am thinking of possible replacements how much are crate engines for her? I was thinking possibly LS2 or LS6 or any other good suggestions? there was 95,000 miles on her
