Custom tuning on a stock motor...is it worth it? I am looking at getting my PCM flashed basically just to delete TM...Is it worth it on a stock motor? I was told that any good tuner can get you significant gains thru timing bumps and TM delete...All you experienced guys....what else is there? Can you change fuel curves and other things? What kind of cost and turnaround am I looking at? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Custom tuning on a stock motor...is it worth it? With full bolt-ons the chances improve or if your car came from the factory running real rich or lean.
You can also bump shift points up which could help on ET, especailly if you were unlucky and had an early shifting car.
