I don't care about it having any drone. I just don't like that loud 2k rasp you get with no cats. I have had headers and orp on my car before(just took them off) and at 2000rpms-2500 it started popping loud and sounded like crap. Does the loudmouth have that bad rasp with stock y-pipe and manifolds on an automatic?

i have the loudmouth and stock manifolds/cats and i like the way it sounds. with the converter, it's alright with normal driving. but at hwy, it's perfectly fine. then again, that's me and i like that sound. not too raspy at all.

I used to have it and I thought it was a little raspy and so have many other people. And that was behind stock manifolds and cats. If you want no rasp at all stay away from the LM, Borla, and cutouts as well as off-road pipes too. Look into some of the other systems available.
